The world is becoming smaller. Due to an increasing network of the aviation industry can a someone manage to reach nearly every point in the world within 24 hours travel time.
ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) is working hard to address the challenge of harmonization between the member states. Those harmonization and standardization tasks are related to all standards addressed in ICAO Annex 1 to 18 (19 SMS is coming). There is a global understanding between all National Aviation Authorities (199 NAA`s) to fulfill this requirements, but there are some major obstacles:
