Phase 2 - Training and Supervision

AAI will deliver the missing training, which is in accordance with the applicable ICAO Standards.

While the training program is running, ALWAYS one or more Aviation Experts will start to work for the mentioned Authority with ADMIN / Supervisor Status. Simply described the partner of Aviation Academy International will be not left alone, after some training phases have been accomplished. ALWAYS will be an expert on place to supervise the Authorities staff, helping to develop the system on site, step per step.

We will strongly work together with ICAO and the RSOO established in the Region. The program will optimize training with on-site supervision while shorten the process, implementing a working oversight system, tailored to the size of the country and resources available.
